Showroom Sales Associate Inspired Closets Chicago , a leader in custom closet design and home organization products in the greater Chicagoland area, is looking for a highly motivated Showroom Sales Associate to expand our outreach in our new Vernon Hills location.

Position Overview : Join our dynamic team as a Showroom Sales Associate at our Vernon Hills location. This critical role involves marketing outreach, event planning, scheduling customer consultations, supporting sales designers, and ensuring our showroom is always in perfect condition.

Objectives of this Role : Reaching out to new and existing professional partners. Planning and supporting weekly showroom events Following up on leads and scheduling appointments with designers.

Maintaining an "event-ready" showroom environment. Provide exceptional marketing and administrative support to sales designers.

Key Responsibilities : Professional Partner Outreach : Contact and build relationships with professional partners that refer Inspired Closets Chicago to their clients.

Event Management : Plan and execute weekly showroom events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, and event logistics to engage customers and increase showroom traffic.

Lead Management : Contact and follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and ensure high conversion rates from leads to appointments.

Showroom Management : Keep the showroom immaculate and ready to impress customers at all times. Customer Interaction : Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries about our products and design processes, and conduct informative showroom tours.

Administrative Support : Provide robust administrative support to sales designers, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource management.

Inventory and Equipment Management : Maintain inventory of sales collateral, samples, and office supplies; ensure all showroom equipment is in optimal working condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications : 2-3 years of marketing and sales experience. 1-2 years of supervisory experience. 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Passion for design, customer service, and sales.
