REQUIREMENTS

In this Sales Consultant role, we rely on you to effectively find and serve new customers as you seek to create more comfortable spaces for our clients. You enjoy spending most of your time out of the office, selling directly to clients in their own homes. Being an effective communicator, you not only clearly explain our services to customers, but you also confidently make presentations to architects, builders, and interior designers. You take great pride in serving as a liaison between customers and our company to ensure that nothing gets lost in translation.

In addition to meeting the needs of our customers, you make a point to continue to grow and develop in your knowledge and expertise and you utilize your training in our ongoing methodology to effectively meet the individual needs of our clients. You enjoy the diversity that each day brings, and you take advantage of your updated leads list to capitalize on new opportunities. At the end of the day, you take great pride in knowing you've helped facilitate more comfortable spaces for our clients, and seeing your hard work pay off in your check is the cherry on top!

• At least 3 years experience in sales
• Prior B2C sales experience is preferred, but comparable work experience will do
• Proven record of success in sales
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills
