Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing initial client interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing essential support to our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, have a strong background in CRM management, and demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meticulously confirming and communicating all details.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and ensure the CRM system is consistently updated.
• CRM Management:
• Oversee and update CRM systems to accurately track client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate detailed reports from the CRM system to support business development and client retention initiatives.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, direct mail, and client outreach.
• Showroom Management:
• Ensure the showroom is consistently maintained in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within luxury brands, home services/real estate, or interior design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or an equivalent platform.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the custom closets industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
