Inspired Closets Arizona is currently seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team! We are not just looking for employees; we want PARTNERS who are passionate about sales and driven to succeed. As a Sales Representative, you will have the advantage of pre-set in-home design consultations with clients. No prior closet experience is necessary, as we provide you with all the tools and resources for success. Our comprehensive paid training program will educate you on our proven 10-step sales process, state-of-the-art 3D design software, and our exceptional product offerings. We are seeking individuals who are motivated to excel and have a strong desire to earn substantial income. If you have a proven track record as a closer, we would love to meet you! While you will report directly to the Sales Manager, this role requires a high level of independence and self-motivation. While ongoing coaching and support will be provided, you should be a self-starter who can work effectively without constant supervision. Inspired Closets is the fastest-growing custom organization company in Arizona, and we believe in rewarding our sales team accordingly. This position offers industry-leading compensation and tremendous earning potential. Our salespeople are currently earning between $60,000 to $150,000 per year. Follow our proven 10-step sales process to effectively guide clients through their purchasing journey
Deliver engaging and informative presentations that highlight the benefits of our products
Take accurate measurements during in-home visits
Utilize our proprietary 3D software to design custom solutions for clients within their homes
Exceed ongoing sales goals and objectives
Expand your network of influential contacts, including contractors, interior designers, and professional organizers
Maintain diligent client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Manage your calendar effectively and communicate any necessary requirements to the team
Observe installations to ensure customer expectations are met
Attend sales meetings and stay updated on training provided through webinars and emails
