Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Inspired Marketing, driving new business and nurturing relationships within your assigned territory. Your mission is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored marketing solutions that elevate their brand and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, network in outside sales.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their marketing challenges and goals.
• Develop and present customized marketing solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• A natural communicator with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for marketing and a desire to help clients succeed.
