Title: Financial Project/Program Manager

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Duration: 9 months

Compensation: $100-$120/hr

As a Financial Project/Program Manager, you will manage and oversee project lifecycles from estimation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. You will engage in detailed project scheduling, tracking, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation planning within large organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners.

Skills:

• Experience in project/program management, including project estimation, scheduling, and tracking.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and interact with business partners.
• Proficiency in working with internal and external stakeholders to assess project dependencies and prioritize tasks.
• Skills in creating detailed presentations, maintaining project trackers, and providing progress updates.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Education/Experience:

• Previous roles such as Project Manager, Financial Associate, or Technical Program Manager.
• Experience in corporate finance and working within a CFO organization is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Hive, and internal UX/UI components.
