Title: Onboarding/Customer Support SpecialistLocation: In Office - DoralDuration: Full Time
Schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm ESTWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding:
- Assist new clients in setting up their accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide personalized guidance on using our payment processing solutions effectively.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payment processing, billing, and account management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform proactive retention calls to merchants.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries.
- Attention to Detail:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure data integrity in our systems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Fiserv and other payment processing platforms is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience in onboarding new accounts or merchant processing is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Leadership potential a plus
