Title: Platform SDE IV

Location: Hybrid in Redmond, WA (Onsite 3 days per week)

Duration: 11-month contract (long-term extensions possible)

Compensation: $68/hr - $73/hr

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Skillset / Experience:

Engineer for Build/CI-CD Team - We are seeking an experienced engineer to enhance developer tools and manage cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on designing and improving software for satellite deployment and distribution, with expertise in AWS services and TypeScript.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software architecture using AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambdas, CloudWatch, API Gateways, CDK, Pipelines).
• Enhance developer experience, devops, CI/CD, and production services.
• Collaborate on software development phases from requirements to operations.
• Build tools for developer productivity and monitoring.

Must-Haves:

• 8 years of professional software development experience.
• 5 years in JavaScript/TypeScript
• 5 years in system design or architecture leadership.
• Experience mentoring and leading development projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Golang programming skills preferred
• Full software development lifecycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
