This position will plan, direct, and coordinate activities across various fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out. The Project Manager will work closely with team members to achieve project goals and integrate technical activities effectively.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
- Coordinate projects, creating detailed plans to achieve goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees, ensuring staff competence development and maintenance.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring skills necessary for providing support and constructive performance feedback.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Technical background in infrastructure or data center environments.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to propose solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building and soft skills.
