Looking for management personnel to work in at our store in Hughes Springs Insta-Cash Pawn is looking for an individual to join our team.

Minimum 1 year assistant or store manager experience in the pawn industry is required. We offer great benefits, employer paid life insurance, paid vacation, sick time and four paid holidays off.

This position is for our Hughes Springs location at 212 W First Street 75656 As a Store Manager you will be responsible for all Pawnbroker tasks including writing pawn loans, processing buys, sales to retail customers and providing great customer service.

Additionally, the Store Manager is also responsible for supervising employees, assigning employees to specific tasks, taking inventories, training, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and / or preparing daily paperwork.
