About Us:

Since the inception of Installation Services Inc. in 2001, we have had two separate dimensions: installation of residential and commercial garage doors, and the wholesale of garage door parts and systems to other installers in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Having developed a positive working relationship with many of the premium national door manufacturers, including Clopay, CHI, Wayne Dalton, and Raynor, we have expert product knowledge as well as the ability to provide a wide variety of options to our customers that many dealers simply can’t offer.

Our excellent customer service that comes from both our knowledge of and experience with garage doors has built our reputation as the finest garage door installer in the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor sales metrics, including targets, quotas, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales management, preferably in home improvement or garage door products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of garage door products and services is a plus.

Compensation: Unlimited weekly commission, and benefits package.
