What You'll Do
As a Ceiling Installer At OJ Insulation, You'll Focus On Working In Building Interiors, Installing Wallboards On Ceilings Or Interior Walls. Your Day-to-day Tasks May Vary, But You Can Expect The Following Processes

• Lay out the job according to plans
• Measure and mark surfaces based on blueprints and drawings
• Install moldings to support and seal joints between ceiling tiles and walls
• Mount tiles using adhesives
• Perform seismic post installation and attach perimeter clips
• Conduct inspections after fire mechanical and electrical work is approved
• Replace chipped or defective tiles
• Install tiles for backsplashes or decorative purposes

What You Need
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should

• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Have experience in the construction industry

Safety First

• Use common hand tools
• Work in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Climb ladders and scaffolding
• Bend, twist, and move your body
• Stand for extended periods
