What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $14-22 based on experience

- Loading and logging materials onto a truck
- Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
- Cutting and installing insulation materials in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
- Using different techniques like stapling, gluing, wiring, or nailing to install insulation
- Adhering to driving rules and DOT requirements while operating company vehicles
- Ensuring job site safety by following all safety rules and being aware of MSDS packets location in vehicles
- A valid driver's license
- Prior experience in the construction industry
- Use common hand tools
- Work in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Climb ladders and scaffolding
- Bend, twist, and move your body comfortably
- Stand for extended periods
