As a Customer Service Coordinator at Storm Master Gutters , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Entering call notes into system
- Data Entry
- Sending Emails, scanning documents, builder web portals
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
