As a Project Manager , The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Alphas projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completion within budget
• Evaluate drawings and specifications to determine requirements necessary for project success
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules
• Project a positive attitude while establishing effective professional relationships
• Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules
• Communicate and work closely with customers, vendors, and installers
• Works with local office administration and production teams
• Proactively handle project issues and/or risks
• Manage budgets, manpower, expenses, and costs to complete the project
• Issue and negotiate RFI's and Change Orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent education plus work experience in a similar field required
• 5 years of experience in progressively responsible installation project management roles
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite Excel
• Strong understanding of the commercial and residential installation process
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
• Knowledge of building codes
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time well and multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical demands :

• Occasional sitting and verbal communication or listening.
• Frequent manual dexterity required.
• Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
• Lifting objects up to 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Essential vision abilities include close and distance vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and presenting information effectively.
• Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistics, geometry, and practical applications.
• Regular sitting and manual tasks, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, or climbing.
