Job Description :

IBP Of Miami is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Construction Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction products and services to potential clients in the Florida area.

Responsibilities :

Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry

Understand customer needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutions

Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services

Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiries

Engage in price negotiations and contract discussions to secure sales and achieve revenue targets

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven experience in construction sales or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities

In-depth knowledge of construction products and services

Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
