What to Expect in This Role
ResponsibilitiesAs a spray foam insulation installer, your responsibilities will involve spraying exterior walls and attics prior to the installation of drywall, paneling, or plaster. Your daily tasks may include:

• Loading and organizing materials onto a truck
• Setting up ladders and scaffolds
• Checking for areas needing blocking in netting and preparing the spray foam machine
• Operating equipment to inject foam insulation using hoses up to 150 feet in length
• Assessing density in wall areas

Requirements for Success
To Excel In This Role, You Should Have

• A clean driver's license free of major infractions in the past three years
• Prior experience in insulation or construction (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency with common hand tools
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Capability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Comfort with climbing ladders and scaffolding
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor temperatures
• Readiness to wear a full-face or half mask during shifts
• Skill in following job instructions and documenting materials used
