Description

As the Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Technician, you will work in support of both Quality and Production Departments by ensuring the responsibilities of the QC/QA Technician are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The QC/QA Technician drives company strategic goals by effectively monitoring the integrity and quality of our products. The QC/QA Technician looks for ways to make a difference by identifying opportunities for improvement in Quality and Production Systems.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily quality testing, inspections, and procedures.
• Review & approve production batch records and quality documents for accuracy & completion.
• Audit in-process documentation throughout the day.
• Record and maintain Sterilization Records.
• Organize and maintain quality records and retain locations.
• Report potential non-conformances, results, issues, and roadblocks to Quality Supervisor.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and working properly.
• Comply with established quality, safety and environmental procedures and policies.
• Identifies and communicates opportunities for improvement.
