Type: Contract - 12 Months

Pay: $25-28/hr all-inclusive

Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of emergency preparedness training courses and exercises requiring involvement from the Division of Emergency Preparedness (DEP). This position coordinates with requesting entities to obtain specific healthcare emergency preparednesstrainings. Furthermore, this position provides technical assistance in the design of emergency preparedness exercises/drills. This individual will focuson assisting the Training and Exercise Coordinator to complete theaforementioned duties and tasks.

Requirements:

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Public Speaking skills

· Excellent writing skills

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Proficiency with Office Suite

· Willing to travel for training as necessary

· (Not necessary – but would like to see healthcareor first responder background)
