• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other computer systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility.

Long Term Care Facility. Will be performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatment, wound vac care, CPAP care and other assigned duties.

Shifts available: Varied Shifts- will be based on census and facility need

Pay: $30.74 - $37.02 per hour
