Parts Warehouse Coordinator - Columbus, MN
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr Benefits Package
Permanent / Onsite Position

Position Overview:
Seeking a Parts Coordinator to work in a fast-paced environment, organize processes, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote, order, expedite, and track parts.
• Coordinate parts distribution for service and sales.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, returns, and warehouse organization.
• Assist with customer support and parts delivery.
• Maintain communication and knowledge of company systems.
• Process vendor/customer returns, claims, and credits.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with computer systems (inventory tracking, adding items, etc.).
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Forklift operation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean record.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong computer skills.
