Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to our technical teams, guiding the development of our Culture Operating System™, and ensuring that our AI-driven solutions remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product roadmap, translating high-level goals into actionable technical strategies and initiatives.
- Attract, build, and manage a world-class engineering and data science team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the selection of the right technologies, tools, and infrastructure necessary to support our ambitious product goals.
- Maintain a focus on product quality, establishing and enforcing best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the highest standards of data security and compliance are met in our product development processes.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Drive the successful and timely delivery of product features and enhancements, keeping a close eye on performance metrics and user feedback.
- 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of building and scaling tech teams in the B2B SaaS space.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with a history of designing, implementing and building AI-driven models
- Experience and well versed in people sciences and people analytics.
- A strong product-oriented mindset, with the ability to align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with tools like Jira.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive long-term technology vision while jumping into day-to-day technical operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
