Small manufacturing office in Milwaukee is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant to handle multiple tasks in the office. The main focus will be Accounts Receivables in Quickbooks, but additional tasks include customer service, collections, and international shipping paperwork. This is a fast paced environment, and the ideal candidate is able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CANIDATE:
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivables
- Invoicing
- Credit memos
- Customer Service order entry
- Comfortable making collections calls
- International export shipping paperwork experience
- Back up on Accounts Payable
- Accounting degree or 5 years of closely related experience
