This position is responsible for the assessment of resident psychosocial needs and coordination of support services for low-income older adults. It will also plan for and monitor services and interventions ensuring provision of quality care.
EDUCATION:
Master's in Social Services or related field such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Health Care, etc.

COMPENSATION:
Range: $73,400-77,000 /annual
