InStore Design Display (IDD) is a group of commercial retail marketing creative directors, builders, graphic artists, production gurus, fulfillment storage experts, and tested sales executives focused on helping brands and retailers build something bigger. Our team designs retail display experiences for brands, agency partners, and retailers like Walmart, Motorola, Samsung, DSW, Hallmark, PAX, Timex, and Golf Pride to name a few.
The Opportunity:
The chance to join a growing company in the retail creative design build space. This newly created position to support the growth of the company and the expanding sales effort into shopper marketing agencies, consumer electronics, health and beauty, pet, and wine and spirits CPG brands.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven, competitive, client-driven, relationship focused sales executive to join our sales and marketing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) .You will get targeted training to level up your skillset.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Cold Calling. Warm calling. Prospecting. Searching for sales opportunities using an array of tactics.
· 100% comfort picking up the phone and shooting personal videos to be used in cold out-reach daily.
· List Building
· Lead Nurturing, Emailing, Diligent Follow up.
· CRM Entry (HubSpot)
· Setting Appointments and winning clients
· Travel and Participation at trade show
· Professional Development
Qualifications:
· 1 years prospecting experience. Demonstrated Cold-Call effectiveness a plus.
· Opportunistic Hunter
· Be a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal direction.
· Computer Proficiency. MS Office, Excel, Outlook, ChatGPT, CRM – HubSpot a plus.
· Excellent people/sales skills and eloquent communicator a must
· Ability to come into the office and travel through the U.S. in the future if role evolves.
· Must have a driver’s license in good standing.
· Highly Adaptable
· Outside the box thinker
Preferred:
· Experience calling into CPG brands and CPG Shopper Marketing Agencies.
· Prior experience with HubSpot CRM
· Experience with long sales cycles
· Sandler Sales Training Experience

Compensation
Compensation for this position will be a combination of base salary plus commission with annual earnings potential of over $70K in year one. The projected compensation range (e.g., salary plus performance incentive) for this individual will be competitive and in accordance with the background and experience of the selected candidate. Compensation is supplemented by a benefits package that includes a 401(k) program, PTO based on experience, major medical, life insurance, short term disability insurance, etc. Some benefits require tenure prior to eligibility. The sales and marketing team offices out of Kansas City.
