Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role involves handling various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, utilizing UltiPro or similar HR software
- Oversee talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and HR policies
- Administer leave programs such as FMLA and ensure compliance
- Utilize SAP or PeopleSoft for HR data management and reporting
Skills:
- Proficiency in UltiPro or similar HR software
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles
- Experience in contract drafting and administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to manage conflicts and provide resolutions
- Strong administrative skills for HR documentation and record-keeping
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of SAP or PeopleSoft for HR data management
