ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in both languages
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Post journal entries and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and report variances
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in both languages
- Translate financial documents and reports as needed
