ExamOne is Now Hiring Mobile Phlebotomists/ Med Techs to complete Life Insurance Paramedical Exams and On-Site Health and Wellness Screening for: City of Chicago Cook Co, and NW Lake Co Indiana.
Now Hiring for City of Chicago and South West Suburbs.

Job details:

Experienced Phlebotomist/ Med Techs with 100 sticks.
Pay Per completed assignment $ 21-$25 per collection.
Pay Bi-Weekly.
Spanish/English is very helpful.

Overview:

Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs.
Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
Position Independent Contract. 1099.
Willing to travel in the City of Joliet-Will and Metropolitan Suburbs.
Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

Job Duties:

Conduct Mobile Life Insurance Exams professionally and on time.
Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
Obtain blood and urine samples.
Perform EKG as needed.
Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
Upload All completed documents in the ExamOne Portal.
Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab Daily.
Provide Daily Case Status.

Qualifications:

The candidate must have Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience. 1 Year ( 100 Sticks).
Detail Oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
Must have Reliable car and auto insurance.
Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
