We have a phenomenal new opportunity available! A well-established insurance company in the Angels Camp, CA area is looking to add a resourceful and fast-learning CSR to its team! If you have little to no experience in the insurance industry this is the perfect opportunity to grow your insurance knowledge while working to obtain your Property and Casualty License. What we need from you:
- Experience - You have at least 1 year of insurance industry experience and at least 2-3 years working in an office
- License - You have an active Property & Casualty License or Life & Health License preferred
- Knowledgeable - A high level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings,
- Software - A comprehensive understanding of Applied Epic management system, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed for the position
- Communication and Customer Service - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a drive to offer superior customer service to clients and coworkers.
Duties will include:
- Help manage Personal Lines accounts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to clients and producers
- Renewing lines of coverage and cross-selling
- Assisting clients with billing questions, claims, and coverage questions
- Binding and checking policies
- Requesting endorsements, claims, marketing renewals
