Insurance Office Administrator - Temporary - Sacramento, CA

We are searching for a charismatic, organized, and creative Administrative Assistant to help maintain office operations and assist in planning company events. This company is a top insurance brokerage that works hard to keep a positive work culture. What we need from you:

  • Experience - You have at least 2-3 years of general office clerical, and Administrative Assistant experience
  • Comprehensive Knowledge - You can read, write, proofread, and communicate efficiently
  • Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Leadership - You are a natural leader who will collaborate with the team

The Position:

  • Take initiative and help in planning company events
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as opening mail
  • Plan meetings and set appointments
  • Assist management with printing and shipping equipment
  • Keep all office supplies stocked and organized, order new office supplies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all departments
