We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager / Operations Manager for a leading insurance brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional commercial insurance solutions to businesses across various industries. Located in Stockton, California, you will join an expert team with a client-focused approach that uses technology to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Location: Stockton, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the commercial brokerage, ensuring seamless processes and high service delivery standards.
• Utilize EPIC Agency Management System for client data management, policy administration, and streamlined operational tasks.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
• Collaborate with other managers and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and insurance products.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager with an understanding of the operations within the brokerage.
• Proficiency with EPIC Agency Management System is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients, team members, and partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
