We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager looking to join a dynamic and growing organization. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, providing expert advice, and handling a variety of tasks to support both new and renewal business operations. As the primary expert resource, you will be key in ensuring client satisfaction through detailed research, analysis, and communication.

Location: Rancho Cordova, California (Hybrid)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary $90,000 - $95,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, and compliance issues; prepare and process endorsements as needed.
  • Analyze client data for new and renewal business, including conducting market comparisons and obtaining quotes; strategize with senior-level executives to recommend optimal coverage solutions.
  • Provide marketing and new business development support, prepare presentations and proposals, and participate in client meetings.
  • Manage personal book of business, including marketing efforts, and policy analysis to prepare renewal options.
  • Negotiate with carriers to secure the best premiums, commissions, and coverage for clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the Agency Management System and other data systems as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to enhance service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Remain informed on industry trends, new products, and legislative changes to continuously improve knowledge and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance, specifically in Commercial Lines.
  • Full knowledge of Property Casualty lines of coverage and services.
  • Proficient with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in both team environments and independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
