We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive to manage middle-market construction accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to become an integral part of a respected regional brokerage, well-known for its extensive commercial account portfolio. Joining our dedicated team, which includes proficient producers, account managers, and support staff, you will be instrumental in overseeing a well-established book of business, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

• Base Salary: $165,000 - $190,000

Responsibilities:

• Engage in managing both middle-market and large commercial accounts.
• Work closely with the Producer and receive support from a commercial assistant to effectively manage a robust book of business.
• Administer a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on established middle-market construction accounts.
• Lead the marketing of renewals to carriers and wholesale brokerages, negotiating favorable pricing and terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven years of experience in managing commercial insurance accounts
• Specific experience with Construction accounts is highly desirable
• Property and Casualty License required
