Our client, an agency with industry experience, is located in Rogers Arkansas They are actively seeking an accomplished In-Office Licensed Agency Sales Manager to join their team.

Location: 4608 W Walnut St A, Rogers, AR 72756 (Bentonville Area)

Position: In-Office Licensed Agency Sales Manager

Compensation: Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually Commission and Bonuses based on agency performance.

Total Compensation: $100,000

Relocation Package: Negotiable

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production
  • Quote and bind policies
  • Oversee and track LSP performance, compliance, and licensing requirements
  • Ensure agency compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular team and individual meetings to review performance and align goals
  • Communicate progress and strategies toward meeting business objectives
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team for professional development
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of Allstate Sales experience
  • High-level understanding of Allstate systems and processes
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management
  • P&C Licensed
  • Proficiency in tracking and analyzing business metrics
  • Proven experience in training, and retaining staff
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct effective team and individual meetings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing business objectives and operational needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Proven Sales track record
