Who our client is: A long-standing agency owner with 12 years of experience located in Trophy Club, TX. They are looking for a Remote Licensed Customer Service Agent to help maintain and build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional service!

Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Customer Service Agent role with a base pay from $37,000 to $42,000annually.

Hours: 8:30- 5:30 Monday through Thursday and 8:30 through 5:00 on Friday's (CST).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound service calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Potential for cross selling current customers
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Servicing policies
• Addressing concerns and questions
• Professional development and training

What are the requirements:

• At least 2 years of prior insurance service experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for success
