Who our client is: A long-standing agency out of Lubbock, Texas. They’re looking for a competitive, growth-oriented Remote P&C Licensed Sales Producer that’s interested in growing their insurance career with a top-notch team!

JOB OPPORTUNITY: Remote Licensed Sales Producer

BASE: $35-40k annually plus

TOTAL COMP: $70k- $90k annually with top producers earning over $100 annually.

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 CST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound and inbound sales calls
• Drafting emails and text messages
• Cross-selling current customers
• Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Professional development and training

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of prior sales experience
• Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) or Personal lines license in TX or Home State
• A thorough understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great phone skills
• Good work ethic
• Be coachable
• Team player
