Here, excellence is not just a goal; it's our standard in everything we do.Job Responsibilities: As the Director of Personal Lines at InsuranceHub, you will oversee all personal lines account managers to ensure exceptional customer service and attainment of financial goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading, managing, and developing the personal lines service staff for efficient client service.
  • Overseeing daily operations, setting strategic goals, and driving performance objectives.
  • Implementing and monitoring quality control standards and agency procedures.
  • Providing guidance, support, training, coaching, and performance management to team members.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics and financial indicators to assess divisional performance, drive profitability, and enhance retention.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and overseeing departmental operations.
Requirements/Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Independent agency experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various client management systems (e.g., AMS360, AgencyZoom).
  • Brokerage experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in servicing accounts and sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated drive to succeed.
