Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Health insurance agent license not Required, we will train & assist you in obtaining your Florida State license.

HOURS WOULD INCLUDE:
OFF SEASON
During peak season (October-January)
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry for customer information and inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retails sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bi lingual is a plus
-Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Florida state 240 License.
- ability to analyze clients needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
