The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills and is passionate about the customer experience. You must be knowledgeable of managing a NPS (Net Promoter Score) to gauge customer satisfaction and experience working with Guidewire.
Day to day you will be expected to handle up to 60 calls with minimal e-mail communication.This is a remote position, but candidates must be located outside of the following states : (California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia)MUST HAVESExperience handling 40-60 calls per dayExcellent Customer Service experienceAbility to multitask, problem solve and de-escalate callsExperience managing a NPS to gauge customer satisfactionWorking experience with Guidewire
