What We Offer:
The pay range for a Sales Agent is $20 - $22 / hour
Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary uncapped commissions bonus incentives
What You Will Do:
The Personal Lines Sales Representative is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and other lead sources. The Sales Agent will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100 carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. We value teamwork and seek individuals who can collaborate effectively with their colleagues.
