Marketing Specialist I

Location: Hybrid role in Charlotte (2 days onsite: Tuesday/Wednesday, 3 days remote)

Pay Rate: $35.50/hour

Shift : Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

6 month contract

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Fluent in English
• Experience with digital marketing: Social Media, Email campaigns, Web content management, SEO (preferred)

Purpose of Position: The Americas Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing plans for key segments across the region. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, preference, demand, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Business Growth:

• Support the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs)
• Develop strategic campaigns for customer-facing events and digital lead generation
• Drive conversion of leads into opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Development, and Product Line Management
• Project manage marketing campaigns and content creation on time and on-budget

2. Serve as the Segment Marketing Expert:

• Understand market segment, applications, and solutions
• Lead projects to conclusion and become a subject matter expert
• Engage with sales teams to ensure they have effective tools
• Lead product launch/commercialization process
• Develop and execute digital campaigns for lead generation and account-based marketing

3. Provide Marketing Thought Leadership:

• Define value propositions and create audience-appropriate messaging
• Develop technical and business-driven content

Performance Metrics:

• Project management: on-time and on-budget execution
• Growth of segment revenue, new qualified leads, marketing opportunity pipeline, and marketing-influenced revenue
• Key account engagement and web/social media engagement
• Process improvement through Ikaizen
