Screw Machine Setup
Location: Hamilton, oH
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Shift Hours: 3rd Shift, 7:45pm - 5:45am (SUN-WED, overtime possible on Thursday evenings)
Job Summary
The Screw Machine Setup Operator will perform machine setups and run Acme and Davenport screw machines. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with a background in maintenance, automotive mechanics, or diesel mechanics. Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation:
  • Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from screw machines.
  • Perform setups including tooling changes, tool sharpening, and adjustments.
  • Ensure machines conform to quality specifications.
• Support and Training:
  • Assist other operators with tool changes, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Train others on the operation and setup of screw machines.

Job Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in maintenance, mechanics, automotive mechanics, or trade school completion.
• Ability to perform standard math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

• Mechanical Inclination:
  • Proficient with tools and machinery, capable of adapting quickly to fix various issues.
• Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to think critically, reflect, and make decisions to overcome obstacles.
