Integra Staffing is Hiring an Apartmart Property Manager Near Bryan, TX

Integra is currently seeking an Apartment Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an apartment community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring resident satisfaction, maximizing occupancy rates, and maintaining financial integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Occupancy Management: Implement leasing goals, monitor rent collection, and maintain occupancy levels
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and execute marketing strategies, showcase apartments to prospective residents, and handle leasing inquiries.
  • Resident Services: Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
  • Retention Initiatives: Implement programs to retain residents, including lease renewal strategies and community events.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgetary performance, control expenses, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance activities, address service requests promptly, and ensure property upkeep.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with residents, property owners, and on-site staff.
  • Compliance: Adhere to landlord/tenant laws and regulations, including fair housing guidelines.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor services, obtain competitive bids, and oversee service quality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties such as leasing paperwork, resident screening, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Apartment Property Manager
  • Strong leasing and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
