Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
· Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
· Identify and qualify new pharmacy leads, converting them into loyal customers
· Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
· Manage customer expectations and ensure exceptional customer service
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage
· Expand strategic supplier relationships lowering cost and expanding offering
· Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounting, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience
· Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
· Thrive within the established structure of a larger parent company
Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
· Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically and act independently
· Ability to work effectively within a structured environment
