We are hiring a self-motivated EDI Coordinator with experience working in Billing, Practice Management and clearinghouse systems. The EDI Coordinator will work closely with our Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, and Onboarding Departments to ensure that medical claims, remittance, eligibility transactions and EFT enrollments are completed for current and future Dermatology providers. In addition, the EDI Coordinator will work with Revenue Cycle and Finance departments on lock box and wire preparation. The EDI Coordinator will also work with Quality Control auditing and Pathology Bill Client functions. Duties:
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all EDI applications and operational procedures.
• Track day-to-day EDI and batch processes to identify and address problems as they arise.
• Troubleshoot application problems.
• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business
• Proficient at web research, including compiling information from multiple sources
• Computer literate, with web and excel skills
• Ability to review accounts and audit for errors
• Daily preparation of lock box reporting data
• Researching and maintenance of lock box data
• Maintenance of online web portal access
• Clearing house administration and data collection

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Associates degree (Preferred)
