Orlans PC is Hiring an Accounting Specialist MI Near Troy, MI
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple entities.
- Translate operational case management system transactions into corresponding accounting entries.
- Complete bank entries and reconciliations to case management system
- Complete remittance payments to investors
- Create various ad-hoc reports in Excel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience in accounting or equivalent
- Understanding of accrual based accounting.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Intacct software is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Exhibits professionalism.
- Flexible team player who enjoys working independently and with other team members
- Must adapt schedule to meet deadline demands when necessary.
