About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Site Management to oversee the operational activities, administration, and maintenance of our IFSH Site Management properties. You will lead with a focus on financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development, playing a crucial role in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial performance and resident satisfaction
• Develop and engage a productive team
• Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Assist Site Managers with resident issues and community communications
• Maintain property cleanliness and order in partnership with the Site Management Team
• Execute service contracts and manage building projects
• Collaborate with Property Managers on budgets and community improvements
• Train Site Managers in administrative tasks and supervise their work
• Respond to after-hour emergencies and serve as a backup for Site Managers
• Attend Board Meetings and review monthly reports
• Recruit, hire, and set goals with new Site Managers
• Submit weekly reports to the President and assist with new property transitions
• Handle disciplinary actions with professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• ARM Certification or ability to achieve within 1 year
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams
• Strong computer and software/database skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Preferred Experience:

• College degree or related coursework in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management
• Experience managing large, complex real estate assets
