Our Utility Janitorial Supervisors are known for their integrity, punctuality, and reliability, whether working independently or in a team.

Salary: $25.00

Job Type: Full-time

Shift and schedule: 5 days per week, 6 am to 3:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean bathrooms
• Sweep & mop hard surface floors
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Machine scrub floors
• Deep clean trash dumpster area
• Perform roof inspections and clean as necessary
• Pressure wash exterior sidewalks
• Clean rain gutters
• Replace burnt-out light bulbs
• Remove graffiti; repaint areas, as required
• Supervise a team of 3 cleaners

Minimum Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player
