Job DescriptionPosition Overview:As an Account Manager at Integrated Health Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to expand our solutions within their organizations. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IHS technology stack and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Understand client goals and objectives and map them to IHS solutions to drive value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service delivery, sales, marketing, product) to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Schedule and deliver regular client business reviews and IT planning sessions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success within the senior care or managed services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
