This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable. They will work closely with the AP control team members.
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for assisting with check printing tasks and administrative functions within Accounts Payable. They will work closely with the AP Control team members.
Duties:
Assist with check printing functions while ensuring compliance with process controls:

• Print checks and review for quality control
• Seal checks
• Pull checks for special handling and insertions

Mail Sort & Returned Checks:

• Research returned mail and work to correct addresses as appropriate
• Resend mail to correct addresses or departments
• Assist to move vendors to ACH / preferred payment method

Iron Mountain:

• Log and label boxes accordingly for shipment

Assist internal departments and vendors with vendor research and details
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
Experience with check printing?
Experience SAP PreferredVerifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
Education:
